Annie was really excited to ride on the plane. She's been on planes before but never that she remembered, so it was quite an event for her. We had to leave our house at 3:30 a.m. to catch our fight down to Orlando. We put her to bed in her clothes, so she was all ready. When Matt when in to wake her up, she popped right up and said "We ride on plane?" The picture above is her smiling face at 4 a.m. on the shuttle to the terminal.
Annie was awesome all through the security check and waiting for the plane. At security, she was so excited to go through the metal detector. She waited for me to go with Kate, and then ran through with a big smile on her face. When the plane was getting ready to take off, she helped power it just like the Little Einsteins by patting her lap and then yelling "Blast off!" It was possibly the cutest thing ever.
Running through the airport with her Elmo backpack. Her backpack had her "guys" (Little Einstein and Mickey Mouse toys) and her milk. She carried it the whole time we traveled. It was so funny.

All the excitement was just too much. She fell asleep shortly after takeoff.
