Annie got all dressed up like a fancy girl to go on a date with Daddy. Matt was going to take Annie to a residency applicant dinner with last night. It was at a nice restaurant in Ann Arbor, so Annie picked out a dress and fancy shoes. I found her dress coat in a box (Mom! Yay!). She practiced her good manners and was all ready to go. Sadly, they got a flat tire on the highway on the way to the restaurant. In the dark. In the rain. In Michigan where the speed limit is 70 but everyone goes much faster. So, I had to go pick her up and take her home while Matt changed the flat. She was very sad about missing the fancy dinner. But she did look very cute. :)
And, I had a break in blogging when we went to Cleveland for Thanksgiving. I took no pictures and then left Annie there for a few days to be spoiled silly by her grandparents. So, there you have it.
