Ballerinas

I just realized I started this post weeks ago and never finished it!
Annie and Kate had their ballet recital last weekend. Kate was so excited because this was her very first recital. She's been taking class all winter, and she was so ready to get into her adorable costume. The recital theme was "Masquerade Ball," and Kate's group was the princess group. What luck! Annie was not quite as fortunate. She was a French Doll. While her ensemble was not as adorable, she still look fabulous.

Annie loved this costume. She dind't notice at all that it was hideous.

Each of the little girls got to do their own little solo move at the start of their dance. At rehearsal, Kate did a nice little twirl. For the actual recital, she did this random yoga move that all the little girls used to do during class. It was so funny.

That's Annie to the right of leader. She did great!
