A few weeks before Christmas we went to the Toledo Zoo to see the lights. It was a gorgeous night, not too cold and it was insanity there. Everyone in Toledo and southern Michigan was there, I think. Luckily, our years of living right there served us well and we were able to bypass the crazy traffic and get in the back way to see the lights!

Despite the hordes of people, it was a lot of fun and the lights were amazing!
