We promised Annie a fireworks viewing, so even though we were tired from driving all day (more on that later), we drove about 25 minutes away to a random MI town for a weak fireworks show. We had fun waiting for them to start, though!
Eve didn't want to be left out. She woke up right before the fireworks started and remained wide awake the entire time, gawking at all the strange people around us.
