A week after the girls started school, Evie started preschool. We had really been talking this moment up, as Evie seemed much less excited than her sisters to go to school. When we talk about how fun preschool is, Evie says, "It's fun to stay at home." She doesn't cry or fuss about going, but she doesn't get that excited about it either - she just goes. She has fun while she's there and tells us all about it. And she is surprisingly well behaved. Her teacher stopped me today to tell me how well behaved she is, in fact. This is a quite a relief. Before school started, we talked about sharing and being a good friend, but in true Evie fashion, she was not interested in this at all. She said she would scream and/or cry if someone wanted her to share a toy or book at school. Luckily, that hasn't happened yet, and she's doing a great job!
It is so funny how different she is from her sisters, though. When Annie went to school, Kate cried for days and spent the entire time asking, "Can we get Annie yet?" Eve loves being the only one home while they are gone. Loves it. I asked if she missed them, and she said no :)
