Sisterly Love

Last weekend, as we were driving down the Turnpike past a tornado in ignorant bliss, we were trying to get the girls to fall asleep. As usual, Kate resisted and ended up staying awake the entire drive--way, way past bedtime. In an effort to get her to sleep, we did pretty much whatever we thought she wanted. (Still not much with the talking, so it can get tricky). What did she want? Everything of Annie's.

Kate has her own lovey, Annie's Kitty and BOTH of Annie's lovey. I felt so guilty as I snuck all Annie's stuff away from under her sleepy arms to give it to Kate. Also, once Kate got what she wanted, she didn't sleep at all. She just looked at us with that knowing look. Such a stinker.
