Seven Months

Hey! I'm seven months old! OMG!

Evie is seven months old.

This has been a big month for her. She went crazy crawling just after she hit six months. She is everywhere. She also learned a second little trick, which is becoming quite the problem for us:

She stands on small things, including the two stairs between our kitchen and family room. She can also climb up them into the kitchen. Her days of containment are over.  My days of anxiety are just beginning!

But also, she's adorable and so, so happy. Really, I'm sure people are sick of hearing about it. I hope she is at least half as happy the rest of her life as she is now. It would be a wonderful life! She only cries when she's tired. And now that we've cried it out a few nights, she sleeps through the night. She eats tons of food, loves to try little finger foods, is always pulling her sisters' hair and is generally hilarious.
