Texas, Part 1

Matt was heading to a conference in San Antonio a few weeks ago, so we all tagged along to visit Jackie. The girls were so excited, and it turned out great! After the flight with an insane 15-month-old of course....

We had so much fun and took a ton of photos, so here we go.

Excited at the airport

Me and my dad

Grandpa entertained Evie looking out the window

However, it wasn't too long before she looked like this.

In an attempt to corral her, we purchased some Nick Jr.  and prayed she would watch Bubble Guppies. She did not. But her sisters managed to make it worthwhile. :)

Once we got to Texas, our first stop was the Alamo.

Kate and Gigi

Pretending she was shot out of a cannon.

As was Kate.

Sitting on another cannon. I'm pretty sure that 1. we got a picture on every cannon in the Alamo and 2. We annoyed a lot of people trying to learn about Texas' history.

Aunt Jackie and the girls

An Alamo Ranger.

Evie and Aunt Jackie

A boat ride on the Riverwalk.

Stay tuned for Part 2!
