On Matt's last day off, we decided to take the girls out on the Huron River, like we did way back when. This time, we had to get a bigger boat because Kate is much larger. And, the lifejackets fit me much, much better. :) We got a rowboat because it was more stable and only one person has to row. It was a perfect day, and the girls loved leaning over to touch the water.
She kept splashing herself in the face, and she was leaning down so far the tips of her little pigtails were soaked.
Kate wished she was just slightly taller so she could reach a little more easily, but she splashed enough, too.
